Show up, keep up, shut up.
"Caddies are a part of the team too. An association such as this one
is long overdue by about 500 years." -- Dennis Cone, caddie for Donnie
Hammond and founder of PCA. If you don't know something about the caddies
on Tour, you don't really know the Tour. Check out the Hall of Fame
and Interviews!

Internet Golf Instruction
PGA Pro Matt Kluck is using Internet technology to good advantage.
He uses Flash movies with graphics and audio instructions, so you both
see and hear exactly what you need to understand. The site has over
a dozen golf instructional movies and has one free lesson. "Less
than a bucket of balls."

Jeremy Griffith's webshop for providing Tour pros with personal
web pages.
So far, he has Jim Furyk and David Toms. That's two GREAT putters right
there -- Toms is presently ranked 2nd in putts per GIR on the PGA Tour
(July 2002). Loren Roberts and others will be joining later. Also LPGA,
Senior Tour, and European Tour players will be represented. See their
personal playing schedules, what's in their bag, bios, photos, etc.
About time!

interactions. These guys wrote the book, How
Golf Clubs Really Work and How to Optimize Their Designs (Jackson, WY:
Origins, 2000). More info on my Books

Great source for golf history,
especially Bobby Jones and The American Golfer magazine (1908-1936),
founded by Walter Travis and edited by Travis and later by Grantland Rice.
This website is actually digitizing the whole 28-year run of the magazine
and making it available! One issue alone requires over 25 MB of memory!
We salute you! |
